Hope and Care Organization (HAC)

Hope and Care Organization (HAC) is an independent non-governmental organization committed to promoting social justice, health equity, and human rights for marginalized communities in Rwanda's Eastern Province.

We work closely with communities, public institutions, civil society organizations, and development partners to address structural barriers that undermine equality, participation, and access to health and justice.

HAC adopts a rights-based, gender-responsive, participatory, and evidence-driven approach to advocacy, community empowerment, research, and capacity building.
